We stand behind our work...
Bryan Rabe Construction LLC warrants its decks for a period of one year from its original completion date. We will repair or replace defective materials or workmanship free of charge during the first year of warranty. After the first year, all material costs will be the responsibility of the homeowner with no labor charge.
This warranty will be void if the deck is not properly sealed or stained within 60 days of completion with a good quality stain. Keeping your deck cleaned and stained is a good policy for maintaining a good looking deck for many years to come. Restaining is recommended every two years.
Normal wear and tear is expected and is not covered in this warranty. Any damages due to negligence, alteration of the deck's original design, or an act of God is not covered under this warranty.
